Godfrey Ho

Your instructor Godfrey Ho, aka Godfrey Hall, is a veteran film producer and action director in Hong Kong. In the early ’70, he worked with John Woo as the assistant directors for Chang Cheh, a famous action director in Shaw Brothers Studios - the biggest film studio in Asia.
There he gained expertises, in how to direct action scenes using different camera angles and special techniques. He had directed over 40 films including Kung-fu films in the late ’70 & ’80, and kick-boxing films in the ’90.

Glen Chin

Your instructor Glen Chin has appeared in numerous plays and musicals, as well as over 100 movies and television shows in Hollywood and various Asian countries, having worked with such directors as Steven Spielberg, Oliver Stone, Jackie Chan, Tsui Hark and Fruit Chan.
Glen's film roles ranges from independent productions to international blockbusters. He has performed many kinds of roles including action parts where he has performed his own stunts, and he has played dramatic and comedic characters. The most memorable films include NATURAL BORN KILLERS, KNOCK OFF, ART OF WAR, and EAST OF A.

Juliane Block

About the filmmaker: Juliane’s feature film credits in Germany include producer, screenwriter, special effects make-up artist, and art direction for the 30 minute short "Killerbus" and the 90 minute feature "K7B – Mutation: Director’s Cut." She wrote, produced and directed the short "Unsecured Loan" in Malaysia in 2007, which was screened at various festivals. In the beginning of 2008 she was selected to attend the Berlinale Talent Campus and wrote and directed the short "It Could Happen To You" at the Berlinale Garage Studio.
